Planning a Destination Wedding seems like a lot of information search and you don’t know where to start? We provide a consulting solution that helps you to know the options around the area, site inspections and prices that will fits to make your vision a reality.
Full Planning and coordination
Let’s start from 0, we help to our couples to all the process of the planning of the big day, this includes unlimited consultations, search of the wedding venue, hotels reservations, catalogue of vendors, options of transportation and tours for you and your guests.
Facilitate of payments, contracts, created budgets, vendors meetings, decor inspiration, timeline – agenda and more. The day of the event we have between 3 o 4 coordinators in operation plus the wedding planner / coordinator to check all details.
Event Designer
Look and Style. We work and build a team with our local vendros to created the vision that you have in mind. We also have a desginer to help you with a moodboard to get a better idea of all the details like: color palette, table styling, lighting, rentals / furniture and flowers.
Just the Wedding day
If you are close to the wedding day and you have already all your vendors (our almost) and services, we help you to put everything together, creation of timeline and we become in charge of your event to ensure that everything happens according to your vision.
